Human creativity is growing fast and steady for example, do you remember the movie Minority Report and Tom Cruise character is using a transparent touch screen. Well that future is not far off because Samsung says, "This 14-inch screen is the world's first and largest transparent organic light-emitting diode (OLED) panel prototype.

Games were not one of the main themes at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES). However, game-themed pavilions turned out to be one of the most visited attractions at this year's CES show in Las Vegas.

The International Consumer Electronics Show, first held in 1967 has grown into the world's premier event for showcasing technology innovation of all kinds. Since 1978 the show has been held during the winter in Las Vegas. It is now thoroughly entrenched in the city's economy bringing vital business and prestige to the city. And for consumers it provides them with unparalleled information to form their buying decisions for the next year.

Lee Kun-hee, a former chairman of Samsung Electronics, visited 'CES 2010' which is his first public appearance since his resignation in April, 2008.

Lots of great gadgets (tablet PCs, 3D HDTVs equipped with downloadable apps, slick smartphones, etc.) and innovative concepts (love the Lenovo IdeaPad U1 hybrid laptop) have CES 2010 attendees riding giddy on a continuous high-tech sugar rush. But whereas last year's show belonged to Palm, and 2007's belonged to Apple, so too does Google appear to be the obvious talk of the town at this most recent event.

At CES 2010, Sony introduced its 2010 BRAVIA LCD HDTV lineup featuring its first 3D HDTVs, a new and stylish Monolithic Design Concept, and LED backlighting. Sony says, "Its new BRAVIA line is made up of 38 models ranging in screen sizes from 60 to 22 inches."

LAS VEGAS, Jan. 7, 2010 - LG Electronics (LG) was featured in Paul Otellini's Intel CES keynote, with the world's first demonstration of the LG GW990.

Verizon Wireless and Nvidia announced today they will be demonstrating a full 1080p HD Internet experience on a new touch screen tablet. The demonstration is of the NVIDIA Tegra-powered Ultra tablet designed by Innovative Converged Devices (ICD) and features the ultra-broad bandwidth of a Motorola 4G wireless modem while operating over Verizon Wireless' LTE network. The companies claim NVIDIA Tegra mobile processors enable an "uncompromised full HD web experience," such as streaming YouTube HD, for hours on a single charge.
