iPhone 4

South Korea's telecommunications regulators have recently approved the sales of Apple's iPhone 4 in Korea. It was supposed to be released in July, but was delayed for further examinations and reviews. KT Co., South Korea's largest telecom operator, have the exclusive rights for the sales of the iPhone 4. However, they have stated that it could take up to two months before the iPhone 4 will hit the stores. Lee In-won, KT's spokesman stated, "The government's approval is just a regular procedure and it normally takes about one or two months to talk about business matters before launching any new handset device in the market. We will try our best to launch iPhone 4 sometime in September."

The Korea Communications Commission stated that they have reviewed all the documents submitted by Apple and revealed that there were no major technical problems with the phone.
