Facial recognition, voice recognition, and wearable one-pass, which were installed in smart life hall, have been applied to Raemian complexes that were sold after 2019, reflecting customers' preferences.

In 2021, Samsung C&T unveiled the "Raemian Artificial Intelligence (RAI) Life Hall," which upgraded the Raemian Home Lab-Smart Life Hall, and applied A.I. technologies for convenient residential life.

RAI Life Hall is offering specialized spaces such as home office and home training, as well as food and delivery services using future technologies such as A.I, robots and drones. These technologies aim to be commercialized within this year when verification is completed.

The place for common use consists of a parking lot and a public space, and introduced a smart parking guidance system that guides residents to a parking space close to their residence by recognizing their vehicle numbers, and a delivery robot technology.

At the entrance of the apartment, visitors' face recognition functions and thermal imaging detection systems are installed, and CCTV at home can check the plant cultivation status of smart farms installed in the public area of the complex.

Information robots with autonomous driving functions are installed in the community to guide customers and facilities, while unmanned cafe robots are in charge of beverage manufacturing and serving in internal cafes.

It is going to apply A.I solution to existing smart home functions to provide a customized environment according to residents' living patterns. It implements the most preferred dining, resting, and sleeping environment for residents by space, and the bathtub receives water at the desired temperature.

"Samsung C&T is actively introducing various smart technologies to Raemian and will provide ultra-personalized customized services through A.I automation solutions," said Kim Myung-seok, executive director of Samsung C&T's product design group.

Raemian's A.IoT platform is a product developed by Samsung C&T and Samsung SDS in collaboration, and provides a customized environment for customers by connecting artificial intelligence systems to home IoT platforms.

In particular, the Raemian A.IoT platform is an open platform and has the advantage of being able to collaborate with various companies. It is building a smart residential environment by connecting with systems of professional companies such as mobility and security as well as manufacturing, telecommunication, and portals.

The Raemian A.IoT platform began collaborating with 13 IT companies in 2018, and is currently linked to 25 domestic and foreign global IT companies.

Samsung C&T plans to implement a customized residential environment for each individual by building 37 households of block-type detached houses and community centers in 5-2 blocks within the Eco Delta City project site in Busan.

Inside the generation, security and energy saving functions linked to residential data will be introduced, and intelligent video surveillance systems, smart parking control systems, and smart crosswalks will be installed in the village's public space. It is taking a step further from building a smart home and is moving to constructing a smart complex.
