CJ OliveNetworks will establish a customer data management model with Dunnhumby, a big data analysis company, and develop a big data analysis solution.
CJ OliveNetworks has signed a business agreement with Dunnhumby to accelerate the digital transformation of CJ Group's affiliates, whose major businesses are distribution, manufacturing and consumer goods, and decided to jointly develop management models and solutions to increase data utilization.
Dunnhumby is a big data analysis and solution company that has a high level of Customer Data Science capability in the distribution, manufacturing, and consumer goods businesses that require customer information.
CJ OliveNetworks plans to establish a data management system by adding Dunnhumby's data management analysis technology to CJ ONE's data, an integrated membership service that gathers customer data using various CJ brands such as Olive Young, CGV, and Tous Les Jours.
Through this, it is expected that CJ ONE will be able to analyze customer data and carry out accurate data marketing. It is also predicted that the company will be able to develop solutions that solve its affliliates' mid- to long-term business problems.
