The U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF), led by Korea branch head Yang Ji-hye, will hold the “2021 American Burger Week” event for two weeks from April 19 to May 2.
American Burger Week, which will be held for the fifth time this year, is a food week event with handmade burger restaurants that use American beef and pork, with a total of 31 stores from 11 brands participating this year.
During the event, you can enjoy up to 20% off the specially organized American Burger Week menu at the participating brands' stores, or 2,000 won off delivery tips if you order it on a delivery app without visiting a restaurant.
American Burger Week has contributed to the U.S. Meat Export Federation's cooperation with handmade burger brands that try to differentiate themselves by using fresh ingredients and different flavors to drive the popularity of handmade burgers.
American Burger Week's restaurants grind fresh beef into grinder daily to taste American style handmade burgers, making fresh patties full of gravy, and adding minimal taste with salt and pepper to preserve the original taste of beef.
In addition, bacon made of savory American pork and various vegetables, toppings, and sauces are added to present a handmade burger that is healthy and reliable for a meal.
American Burger Week will be joined by 31 branches of 11 brands including New York Apartment, The Boilers, Mokdong Burger, Bas Burger, Burger Boy, St. Grill, Zion, Classic Hamburger, Patty & Veggies, Peppermint Patty, and Fault Burger.
Yang Ji-hye, head of the U.S. Meat Export Federation's Korea branch, said, "American Burger Week is adding to the inner workings and strengthening the benefits for customers as well as store tasting, take-out and delivery. I hope you enjoy it anytime, anywhere."
The American Meat Export Federation hosts various online events through its official Instagram and Facebook during "American Burger Week." More information about the "American Burger Week" event and event information can be found on the "American Meat Story" website.
