On January 13 and 14 of 2011, Indonesia will proudly be the host country for the BlackBerry Developer Conference in the city of Bali. The conference is to consist of over 40 speeches by key speakers including:

• l Gregory Wade, Southeast Asia General Manager and Managing Director
• l Tyler Lessard, Vice President of Global Alliance and Developer Relations
• l Mike Kirkup, Developer Relations General Manager
• l Chris Smith, Senior Director BlackBerry Developer Platform

Mr. Wade made pre-conference comment, "As well as a growing user base, developers love to get their customers to lead the development of powerful applications platform and tools..." This statement specifically pertains to the upcoming BlackBerry PlayBook Tablet.

The PlayBook will be utilized to develop further applications useful for the smartphone as well as the tablet such as the applications: WebWorks, BlackBerry Payment Services, and BlackBerry App World.
