Citibank Korea is officially certified to ISO20000:2005 , the International standard for IT Service Management , and ISO9001:2008, the international standard for Quality Management Standard in order to provide the stable IT services, the essential element in the business operation. These certificates, CKI says, are the objective evidence that CKI Technology Division provides the stable IT services to customers and the Business while making continuous efforts to apply the optimized business process which monitors and improves the system operation services from various aspects via the quality management system standard.
These certifications prove that CKI meets the international standard for the quality management system. CKI uses and monitors the matrix to continuously analyze major processes to identify any abnormal circumstances. Upon occurrence, the errors are fixed right away and, thus, stable services are offered via the fixes which are to strengthen and improve the technical services
CKI is the first bank in the financial sector to achieve ISO20000 certification, except the Bank of Korea.
