LG Elelctronics carrys out a reshuffle. The BS division which was established last January will be disclosed and incorporated in the HE (Home Entertainment) division. The division has taken full charge of B2B service selling LCD monitor, public display and network to corporate customers. However, it has been causing an efficiency controversy since some parts of the BS division overlap with the role of the HE division, which sells products such as TV, display module.

With this, LG Electronics downscale the 7 regional divisions in Europe, North America, CIS, Central and South America, Asia, Middle East and Africa, China. Some pointed out that some of the work is repetitious with a total of 84 corporate located in each country Therefore, the company significantly reduced the number of people and the rights will be transferred to overseas subsidiaries.

As the part of this, LG Electronics called the oversea employees into the country, and now the company is assigning employees the work place they desire.
