The last events, Vietnam Telecomp / Vietnam Electronics 2008, with an exhibition area of over 6,000 square meters, attracted 187 exhibitors from 17 countries and regions to showcase their top-notch technologies, products and services. The events received widespread support from leading international and local companies such as ABTel, Alcatel-Lucent, Cisco, EVN Telecom, GDS, Huawei, Hutchison Global Communications, MK Smart, Motorola, Nokia Siemens Networks, NTT DOCOMO, Orange France Telecom, PCCW Global, Qualcomm, Sagem, Samsung, Siemens, SK Telecom, SunSea, Vinaphone, VMS Mobifone, VNPT Group & Manufacturing Subsidiaries, VTI, and ZTE. Concurrent symposia and conferences were held alongside the expos for even more in-depth technology exchange among 30 star speakers from over 20 industry giants and government ministries of Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar.
