GM Korea Company (GM Korea) announced today the most comprehensive automotive customer care program in Korea called, "Chevy Care." It will offer domestic consumers an unprecedented standard five-year/100,000-kilometer warranty on all Chevrolet vehicles purchased through the end of the year as well as industry-best three-year free maintenance and seven-year free road assistance.

3-year free maintenance
- Free engine oil change service for all Chevrolet products
5-year warranty
- Extended bumper-to-bumper warranty through the ownership lifecycle
7-year free roadside assistance
- 24-hour service, seven days per week
"The strong customer value proposition provided by our extended warranty is backed by the strength and stability of Chevrolet products engineered by GM and manufactured in Korea," said Arcamone. In conjunction with the rollout of Chevy Care, GM Korea is rebranding it 506 service centers nationwide, introducing new customer-oriented services and carrying out intensive training for personnel.
