The Millennium Seoul Hilton's international buffet restaurant, Orangerie, is excited to welcome Chefs Koh Kwee Huat and Chong Yen Sen, two seasoned guest chefs from the celebrated Orchard Hotel in Singapore, to its kitchen during the month of August.
The chefs will introduce authentic fare from the Asian island nation including Laksa: Singaporean pork rib soup, Deep Fried Prawn, Hainese Chicken Rice, Chili Crab and much more to Orangerie's bountiful buffet.  Singapore is world renowned for its vibrant and exciting cuisine, which draws influences from its diverse surrounding areas. 
The Orangerie lunch buffet is priced at KW55,000 for adults and KW33,000 for children aged 12 and under. The Orangerie dinner buffet is priced at KW60,000 for adults and KW36,000 for children aged twelve and under. Tax and service charge is included in these prices.
Orangerie's international buffet offers a vast array of international fare in a cheerful and open environment.  Specially designed buffet units incorporate air cooled food showcases for maximum freshness, and specialty stations feature made-to-order pasta, Korean specialties, and more.  Private dining rooms are available.
