There are also two types of rail-use Boltcaps and are mainly used for crane rails. It is a basic anchor bolt of less than 3 ~ 4 cm with super-high brightness tape that is recognizable at night. It has easy installation, blocks air and grease leaks, and includes anti-corrosion and cost savings. It is also detachable, replaceable and available 24-hours for maintenance.
Screw-type Boltcaps are for loose protection for any metal structure that is trying to withstand vibrations. It features super-high brightness tape for traffic safety and a square cavity on top of the Boltcap can keep any external polluted element from entering. Bolt-tightening rubber minimizes the gap between a nut and the upper cap resulting in less vibrations and nut loosening. Pipe-use Boltcaps have the same characteristics as those of Rail-use Boltcaps.
