FORCS Keeps Eyes on World Market

Poised to achieve sales earning 1.2 million US dollars at the end of this year, FORCS sets its next future goal: the overseas market. For this, the company already started to act on a long term plan to rake in 50 million US dollars in sales revenue from the international market by 2015. Different versions of OZ Report in English, Chinese, and Japanese have attracted over 1,000 international contacts so far, and FORCS keeps pouring their efforts into building a worldwide network not only in America and Japan but also throughout Southeast Asia.

Mr. Yeo said, "Almost 85% ~ 90% of the domestic market for web reporting solutions are all about Korean solutions. At the beginning, it was a different story as foreign items like Crystal Reports and J Report used to be quite dominant. Since the late 1990s, FORCS's OZ Report and the other Korean products have been gradually increasing their market share. And it looks like Crystal Reports, the world's leading report software, just cannot fare well here anymore, as such foreign solutions are now failing when it comes to price, functions, and performance compared to our Korean ones."

"FORCS is the pioneer who first cultivated the market in Korea and is now leading with the experiences of building a number of different web-based reporting systems and continuous product upgrades. We are convinced that OZ's advanced technology and competitiveness will make a smooth transition into the overseas market."

To speak volumes, he specifies, "People want something worth what they are paying for, and it is getting extremely hard to satisfy them. Even Crystal Reports only shares about 10% of the Korean market, but Crystal Reports are leading the world market as No. 1. And FORCS has a world-class software development process and the management capacity, the web-based technology that we FORCS created 100%, and other various functions. Sure, numerous certificates approve these facts."

"So, OZ products support Mobile & Smart Work, Device & Platform free, Multi Data Source and all kinds of browsers. FORCS also provides its own report components and intuitive user interface."

Finally, he added, "We are planning to first solidify our present position in Japan and increase sales, then we will focus on our next Southeast Asian market. And the ultimate goal is launching our business successfully in U.S. as global BI SW company. To take more aggressive approach in taking on the overseas markets, maintaining and expanding business relationship with local partners in Japan and actively cooperating with local companies throughout Southeast Asian countries for successful positioning in their markets are essential. Also, we are going to locate potential clients in North America and Europe by strategically using many on-line trade portal sites."
