Megatronix has been in the business of distributing IT products in Indonesia since 1991.He is new seeking hardware and software products to introduce. Managing director, Henky Tjokroadhigunao, is attending the 2011 KES seeking startups and mid-size companies to introduce to his home country. He was in the process of finalizing a deal to bring new storage solutions to the archipelago.
Having been to KES in 1999 and 2009, he has noticed a shift from hardware dominance to more software and communication solutions.He mentioned that Korean products are very popular in Indonesia, appreciating the innovation in the products. He is very happy to see such a large variety of products displayed at KES compared to shows in other countries, where he has attended which tend to specialize in one type of product. By showcasing everything in the industry the Korean Electronics show is allowing foreign buyers the opportunity to discover new and unique products to bring to there home countries. The Korean wave is bigger than music and drama.
