What is TeleCervico
The TeleCervico system is the combination of peripheral devices which are a wireless cervical camera, Dr.Cerivcam , a medical software program and a specialized evaluator for the required examination. Dr. Cerivcam is the first and only cervix magnifying camera device in the world and can process cervix images by zooming in up to 50 times more than its actual size. The images taken by the camera can be displayed both on the camera LCD and external monitors simultaneously, without any cable connection. They can also be sent to the Dr.'s personal computer via Wi-Fi. TeleCervico can make up for the high rates of misdiagnosis from cytological tests (Paps test/ Liquid based cytology) by a more sensitivive imaging systemthan many coloscopes currently employed.
NTL has obtained FDA approval, CE certification and completed the patent registration in South Korea & international PCT patent application for TeleCervico. It has been proved to be the most efficient and cost-effective cervical cancer screening system, and more than 5 million women have been gone through the screening test with it.
