Characteristics for BS Pro Propeller
Aluminum alloy is the material used for BaekSan’s three blade propellers. Their design takes care of fluid dynamics that involves the same principle as aerodynamics. Also, for any rough and tough condition, BaekSan uses a magnesium-related (hysilicon-related) special aluminum alloy. Both materials and casting techniques are patented as they show excellent and strong durability and are anti-corrosive.
Stability is the one of many important aspects that cannot be overlooked. The design is meant to create a product that can absorb impact, for example, a boat or ship can unexpectedly run into floating rocks or something hard while sailing in the sea or elsewhere. The destructive force caused by such impact will be diverted to protect an engine from damage. As to performance, BaekSan PRO propellers have already passed strict quality tests by many authorized organizations, which makes them a pride for the company and prove their quality performance.
Various types of pitches and sizes of PRO propellers are designed to fit each different outboard engine and can generate a powerful propulsive force. NDE (Non-Destructive Examination), X-ray examination and balancing done by a digital balancing test machine assure its superior quality. With exceptionally durable materials, BaekSan can produce propellers that have next-to-none durability in corrosion and abrasion, and rarely become problematic in the long run. Even they gain an edge in price, thanks to BaekSan’s up-to-date manufacturing process. All in all, BaekSan’s Pro propellers enable customers to enjoy the true pleasure of water sports, while guaranteeing their safety and comfortable sailing.
BaekSan Propeller has been awarded the KOTRA Seal of Excellence since 2010
