BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA---SolarWinds® Inc. (NYSE: SWI), a leading provider of powerful and affordable IT management software, today announced that it has entered into a partnership with Mitsuiwa Corporation, a leading Japanese reseller, in order to promote and sell its IT management portfolio to Japanese customers.

SolarWinds recently expanded its presence in the Japanese market by making key investments, including creating a Japanese language website, the translation and localization of its products, and creating a dedicated, native Japanese-speaking support team based in Brisbane, Australia.

Mitsuiwa Corporationis a specialty reseller with a strong understanding and support system for small and medium-sized business IT management. The company offers complete customer care from sales to setup and support for a broad customer base comprising local governments and local and national industries with offices in Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai.

SolarWinds plans to leverage Mitsuiwa‘s SMB market expertise and offer select resellers and customers access to SolarWinds’ network management products, including the company‘s flagship product, SolarWinds Orion Network Performance Monitor (NPM) and modules like SolarWinds Network Traffic Analyzer (NTA). These products are the foundation for SolarWinds growth and brand success, and will lead the company’s entrance into the Japanese market.

Japanese businesses and their IT departments will also have the opportunity to experience the company's other IT management products, including SolarWinds Virtualization Manager; SolarWinds Storage Manager; and SolarWinds Application Performance Moniter (APM).

SolarWinds was established in 1998, employs more than 400 people worldwide, and is headquartered in Austin, Texas. The company has additional international locations in Singapore; Brisbane, Australia; Cork, Ireland; and Brno, Czech Republic.
