A Congratulatory Message from the Minister of Commerce, Industry and Energy (MOCIE) On the occasion of its first anniversary, I heartily congratulate The Korea IT Times, the only domestically published English language journal in the IT field, and wish to convey my greetings to its executives, staff members and its readers as well. The Korea IT Times has firmly become a magazine of choice among influential persons within the IT field around the globe just one year after its debut, and is serving to promote Korea's IT capability internationally. Thanks to the development of information and communication technology, today the world is witnessing a "New Digital Revolution" in which technology and industry are fused in every field such as the economy, society and education. The digital technology is more accelerating the development of the Ubiquitous society through the extension of cyber networks and the adoption of intelligent systems for everyday tasks and functions.
