Past, Present, and Future
Mr. Kim Soo founded the company in 1977, with the name “Phoong-nam Industrial.” Later in 2007, they renamed it as PONAFLEX. So far, they have been supplying a number of different hoses that are specially designed for electronic goods, industrial, and kitchen or pipe use. Mr. Kim’s vision “Relationships and trust with customers lasts forever” never goes out of style. Therefore, PONAFLEX always takes customers’ voices into account and values high quality products.
For example, in 2001, PONAFLEX created a new campaign called “Single PPM“ which helped each of their working sites reduce the failure rate of the products. As a result, the company became the first in the industry that was awarded with the “Silver Tower Order of Industrial Service Merit.” In 2006, PONALFEX won the Quality Management Award for its contribution to Incheon’s economic development.
Mr. Han took over his current position in 2005. That year, he decided to promote and focus on the food processing business.
