SEOUL, KOREA- For iPad lovers all over Korea, rejoice! Your wait is over! The iPad 3 made its debut today in Apple stores and carriers across the country. As the new iPad marches on into the Korean markets at blitzkrieg speeds, Apple assures that with its new iPad HD, it will bring about a revolution in the way people perceive average Tablet PC’s, thus posing stiff competition for all the other players in the game. Apple's App Store also provides a haven of new, always-updated touch-based gaming experiences.

Koreans and foreigners alike waited anxiously outside numerous Apple retailers to get their hands on the new iPad that Apple CEO Tim Cook stated was “twice as fast” as the iPad 2 and offers “four times the performance.” Most enjoy the sensation of grabbing new gadgets, especially when they come from Apple.

The successor to the iPad sports the new dual core A5X processor with quad-core graphics and a Retina Display with a resolution of 2048 by 1536 pixels (over 50 percent more pixels than a standard 1920×1080 high definition TV screen). As with previous iPads, there are two models, in this case a Wi-Fi only model and a Wi-Fi + 4G LTE model. The new iPad (like its predecessors) has a sleek look, an off-the-page touch-screen display, fly-weight make, swift software and advanced connectivity luxuries. With such features, the new iPad is designed to ooze sure-shot appeal at first glance.

Since it launched in 2010, the iPad has been considered by most to be the best tablet on the planet. It is extremely popular with the citizens of Korea, both young and old. Whether it’s playing a new game with your son, finishing that business proposal your boss wants you to have on his desk by Monday, recording your daughter’s ballet recital or simply surfing the web, the new, third-generation model, still holds the crown as world’s best tablet.
