Manufactured for the first time in Korea, WONST offers a unique design of the Super Ball Bushing. It is specifically designed for longevity, and features a travel life twenty seven times longer than conventional brands as a result of higher running speed and increased dynamic load capacity. The WONST bushing is comprised of hardened steel segmental load bearing plates to provide the smoothest possible running surface and load capacity. It features a unique 0.5° self alignment in the shaft length direction. This assures smooth entry and exit of the balls into the load carrying area. The ball bushings guarantee high speeds of 3m/s and acceleration of 150m/s without shortening the life of the components. Other notable features include ease of adjusting the radial clearance, cost reduction in installation, and overall smooth running.
Linear Bushing
Designed for a wealth of specialized needs including the precisions equipment, peripheral equipment, and measuring equipment amongst numerous other applications, the WONST Linear Bushing is available in Standard, Open Type, Adjustable Clearance Type, or Long Types, which each have different dimensions based upon the customer’s needs. It is also available in Flange Type format. The bushing is designed with a hardened and precisely ground outer sleeve made of bearing steel for increased rigidity. A guide of 4-6 ball circuits aids in precision of movement and smooth motion in a high precision retainer format. The WONST Linear Bushing also features standardized dimensions to ensure complete interchangeability.
Compact Ball Spline
Accommodating for balls in the spline nut transmit torque while providing precise linear motion, the Compact Ball Spline is a truly unique and specialized linear motion system. The ball spline itself features grooves to maximize precision in a round type mirroring the ball’s dimensions. It features a high load bearing capacity for radial and other loads. The ball spline also minimizes clearance in the rotational direction in order to provide zero backlashes.
