SEOUL, KOREA - Korea Electronics Association and Techno-Frontier, the biggest electronics and mechatronics event in Japan, have agreed to cooperate in this year’s Korea Electronics Show. They will be doing so by inviting participating companies and buyers, organizing professional B2B meeting with Korean companies by having the buyer delegation from the Japanese IT and electronics industries.
As part of the cooperation, KEA will delegate buyers from companies such as Samsung Electro-Mechanics and LG Electronics to Techno-Frontier, which is to be held in Tokyo in July, to discuss purchasing local parts and products. In October, the heads of various purchasing departments from Japan’s top electronics makers including Sony, Panasonic, and Sharp will visit KES where they will take part in business matching based on their global sourcing strategy.
KEA, while expanding the domain and influence of KES from South America to Japan, is actively attracting influential foreign buyers to pave the way to new markets for Korean companies.
