The power source which an induction motor uses determines whether it is a single-phase motor or a three-phase motor. The reversible motor shares the same characteristics (torque, voltage, and condenser) that the induction motor offers. This motor has a built-in brake device that speeds up operation either in a normal or reverse direction. The temporary brake is also designed to prevent an overrun.
