In an aim to better acquaint consumers with up-to-date digital technologies, Intel held an entertainment event dubbed "2005 Intel Digital Entertainment Fair," where consumers could directly experience exciting digital contents through Intel dual-core processor-based PCs.
During the fair held on December 17- 25 at COEX, leading PC makers from home and abroad displayed latest PC models with multiple powers, such as downloading music and gaming simultaneously based on Intel's dual-core processors.
An Intel dual-core processor consists of two complete execution cores in one physical processor, both running at the same frequency. Intel dual-core products supporting Hyper-Threading Technology can process four software threads simultaneously by more efficiently using resources that otherwise may sit idle.
