“Facebook for Business” offers many courses under four categories : Steps to Business Success, Success Stories, Business Resources, and What’s New. Each section has useful tips and online links below for a better understanding.
“Steps to Business Success” introduces first-time users simple ways to start facebook marketing, and four steps are spelt out in details: Build Your Page, Connect With People, Engage Your Audience, and Influence Friends of Fans.
By clicking “Success Stories”, one can find real cases in which businesses expanded customer base and increased sales. One of them is Hubspot. The firm via Facebook has increased, for example, overall sales, return on investment, and traffic to its website. The section shows its strategic approach to from page-building to updating posts and advertising.
