.SEOUL, KOREA - 11st, a Korean online shopping mall, announced on January 15 that last year’s mobile transaction amount passed 280-billion-won mark. This figure is more than three times higher than 81 billion won recorded a year agoIn December alone, the amount of mobile transactions reached 40 billion won. The daily record was 2.5 billion won.
The cumulative downloads of mobile 11st also rose to 15 million. The company expects the share of mobile transactions in its total transactions rise to more than 10 percent this year. 11st plans to show off MPB (mobile private brand) products this year, MPB is mobile-specific goods.

11번가, 지난해 모바일 거래액 2800억원 돌파
11번가는 지난해 모바일 거래액이 2800억원을 돌파했다고 15일 밝혔다. 이는 전년(810억원)보다 3배 이상 증가한 규모다. 지난해 12월 모바일 거래액 400억원을 달성했으며 최고일 거래액은 25억원을 넘어섰다. 모바일 11번가의 누적 앱 다운로드 수도 1500만건에 디른다. 회사측은 올해 모바일 거래액 비중이 전체 거래액의 10%를 초과할 것으로 전망했다. 11번가는 올해 모바일에 특화한 전용 상품인 ‘MPB(Moblie Private Brand)’ 상품을 선보일 계획이다. 또 사용자 연령과 성별에 맞춰 운영하는 상시 기획관도 강화하기로 했다.
