SEOUL, KOREA - AhnLab is going to release a customized technical service product. The local security company said on the 2nd that it would start ‘AhnLab T-Care Service’ that helps analyze a corporate IT environment and diagnose its security vulnerabilities.
The existing technical support service the company has so far provided to those that purchased its solutions or products was only the free maintenance. T-Care is divided into five: DDos Drill, Information Security Training, Experts on Site, Security Software Optimization and Network Security Consulting.
Through ‘DDos Drill’, AhnLab will make a mock penetration into the homepage and open servers of a company asking for the mock drill to find the limits of its security system and to come up with countermeasures. ‘Information Security Training’ is a customized training service. Through this training service, expert instructors are going to provide high quality education on the latest security trend, cyber security in daily life, network security technology, malicious codes and Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
‘Experts on Site’ is the service that dispatches IT security experts guaranteed by AhnLab to a customer company during the period of establishing a solution or conducting the solution maintenance. ‘Network Security Consulting’ helps analyze vulnerabilities of network security equipment that are in operation and suggests an optimized solution to the network security.
안랩, 맞춤형 기술 서비스 `티케어` 출시
안랩이 맞춤형 기술 서비스 상품을 출시한다.
안랩은 2일 자사 보안전문가가 직접 기업의 IT 환경을 분석하고 발생 가능한 보안 위협을 진단해주는 `안랩 티케어 서비스(AhnLab T-Care Service)`를 시작한다고 밝혔다.
지금까지 기술지원 서비스는 솔루션이나 제품 구매 고객에게 무료로 제공되는 단순 유지보수 수준이었다. 이번에 도입하는 티케어는 디도스 모의 훈련·정보보안 교육·전문가 온 사이트·보안 소프트웨어 최적화·네트워크 보안 컨설팅 등 5가지 서비스로 구성된다.
`디도스 모의 훈련`은 신청 기업의 홈페이지와 공개 서버를 모의 공격해 보안 시스템의 한계를 파악하고 이에 따른 대응 방안을 제공해 준다. 원격은 물론이고 로컬 등 다양한 방법으로 네트워크 장비, 서버를 점검해 준다. `정보보안 교육`은 맞춤식 교육 서비스이다. 전문 강사진이 최신 보안 트렌드·생활 속 사이버 보안·네트워크 보안 기술·악성코드·개인정보보호법 등을 주제로 고품질의 교육을 제공한다.
`전문가 온 사이트`는 안랩에서 보증한 IT 보안 인력이 솔루션 구축 기간이나 유지보수 기간에 고객사에 상주하는 서비스다. `네트워크 보안 컨설팅`은 운영 중인 네트워크 보안 장비의 취약점을 분석하고 최적화된 구성 방안을 제시해 준다.
