SEOUL, KOREA – Software Architect Contest, designed to support the South Korean government’s creative economy policy, will be held at COEX in southern Seoul on July 18. Software Architect Contest, hosted by The Electronic Times and Korea Software Technology Association (KOSTA), will be attended by approximately 1,000 people from software circles.
A series of lectures is in the pipeline: “Enterprise Big Data Architecture Construction Strategy” by Chang Sung-woo from Oracle Korea, “Open Source Software Trend in Convergence Projects” by Kim myung-won from LG CNS and “Mobile Cloud Convergence Architecture“ by professor Pak Jun-seong of KAIST.
LG CNS CEO Kim Dae-hoon, the head of Software Architect Contest, will deliver his opening speech. A software architect awards ceremony, the 4th Korea Software Technology Association’s architect license presentation ceremony and a total of 24 presentations are in the wings. Registration of participants will be open until July 16.

SW 아키텍트 대회 18일 코엑스에서 개최
창조경제의 핵심인 융합의 변화를 이끄는 소프트웨어(SW) 아키텍트 대회가 오는 18일 코엑스 콘퍼런스룸에서 성황리에 열린다. 전자신문과 한국SW기술진흥협회가 주최하는 이번 행사에는 SW 관계자 1000여명이 참석할 예정이다.
행사는 장성우 한국오라클 상무의 `엔터프라이즈 빅데이터 아키텍처 구성전략`, 김명원 LG CNS 상무의 `컨버전스 사업에서의 오픈소스 소프트웨어 동향`, 박준성 KAIST 교수의 `모바일 클라우드 컨버전스 아키텍처` 강연으로 시작된다.
이어 대회장인 김대훈 LG CNS 사장의 개회사와 아키텍트연합회 회장단의 환영사, 이단형 한국SW기술진흥협회장의 격려사, 박일준 미래창조과학부 정보통신산업국장의 축사가 진행된다. 대한민국 SW아키텍트상 시상식과 제4회 한국SW기술진흥협회 아키텍트 자격인증 수역식도 함께 거행된다. 오후에는 총 4개 트랙으로 나눠 24개의 주제발표가 이뤄진다. 행사 참여 접수는 16일까지다.
