On August 21 Minister Rho left for Phnom Penh, Cambodia to take a part in the 2nd Asian Korea Information and Communication Ministerial Conference (TELMIN). Before minister Rho gave his special lecture at Cambodia University on the 22nd he is planning to discuss building network infrastructure in Cambodia and the partnership of two countries with Vice Premier Minister Sok-an and Minister of Cambodia Post So-khun. The lecture he gives as a special guest at Cambodia University covers Korea's developed IT infrastructure and communication status, primary factor of Korean IT's succession, and the suggestion for development of Cambodian IT. Ministers and the vice premier will be there to attend Minister Rho's lecture also.
Minister Rho also plans to finish his schedule in Phnom Penh to move to Siem Reap to attend the Asian Information and Communication Ministerial conference, and emphasize the collaboration between Korea and Asia's IT business in partnership. Korean companies look forward to enter Cambodia due to governments' increasing friendship and cooperation.
