Il Ponte, Millennium Seoul Hilton's popular Italian trattoria, will host a special promotion featuring antipasti, Italy's savory appetizers. For two weeks only, from July 15th to the 31st, Chef Anita Bidini will add five different antipasto dishes to her regular menu. Enjoy this opportunity to savor these starting delights.

Literally meaning "before the meal," antipasto refers to the first course of a traditional Italian meal. Usually, it is an assortment of appetizers such as cheese, smoked meats, olives, fish and marinated vegetables. It signifies the start of the meal, and its main purpose is to extend the meal experience. The meal is drawn out in various courses, and diners take this opportunity to enjoy the food and conversation with fellow diners.

Chef Bidini's antipasti masterpieces will include Italian cold cuts served with homemade pickles in oil; deep-fried calamari marinated with champagne vinegar, olive oil and herbs; chicken, eggplant and ricotta croquettes, served with a pink spicy cheese sauce; assorted bruschetta; and a four-in-one Il Ponte pizza special.

Prices range from 18,000 won to 24,000 won. Take advantage of this opportunity to enjoy these appetizing antipasti while they are available! Il Ponte features the finest Italian cuisine from tempting pasta and wood-fired brick oven pizza to mouthwatering regional dishes. Il Ponte also has an extensive choice of exquisite Italian and international wines.
