Exporting Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM) cell phones's field test tests the phones to see if they are suitable for new communication network and fix any errors before they exports overseas. The domestic enterprises have depended on foreign mobile phone enterprises regarding to this matter until now. As a result, the small and medium sized mobile companies had to put up with long staying in overseas cost and time, which delayed them to produce a new models.

MIC is not a lone in MFT establishing business. It decided to take an advantage of a big firm's expertized communication network establishment and management skills.
