SEOUL, KOREA- Lotte Hotel ranked No. 1 in the hotel service category of the 2013 NCSI (National Customer Satisfaction Index), for two straight years.Conducted by the Korea Productivity Center, this index is based on a survey with 1,100 foreigners aged between 20 and 59 who have had an experience of checking in one of Korea’s eleven five-star hotels for more than two nights within the past six months. Lotte Hotel achieved the highest score of 82 points in the hotel service category.
Lotte Hotel has been ranked No. 1 in the hotel service category for two consecutive years starting from last year.
A Lotte Hotel official said, “Our strenuous and companywide effort to improve service quality is the main factor for us to maintain the top spot in the hotel service category.”
With customer-first management, Lotte Hotel plans to develop itself as one of Asia’s top-three hotels, running more than 40 chain hotels worldwide by 2018. The hotel plans to launch into Hanoi, Vietnam, in 2014 and Shenyang, China, in 2016.
