Cross Fire is enjoying high popularity in 80 countries worldwide, with the number of its concurrent users estimated at 4.2 million. The game title achieved the No. 1 spot in FPS game category in China, Vietnam, North America, and Russia. At the world's largest game contest WCG, Cross Fire was selected as an official game for three consecutive years starting from 2011, first among Korean-made games.
It is set to be released in Korea at the end of this year. By opening a teaser site (www.crossfire.co.kr), Smilegate plans to highlight the unique and outstanding visual of the game. Smilegate is also preparing to open an official Facebook page for it.
