The Ministry of Information and Communication will announce a revised law emphasizing to solve the information access gap between the haves and the have-nots. The revised law will broaden the chances for the have-nots to get access to the public web and related facilities, and to education.

The revised law will also force the public service sectors to build easy websites to which the disabled and elders can get easy access.

The law makes the Minister of Information and Communication watch whether or not public service sectors are complying with it. Also the law orders the Minister to announce the final reports on it. If public service sectors do not what they have to do, the Minister can call for them to take measures to improve it.

The law includes a new clause to lower the age of getting IT education benefits from 60 to 55.
