SEOUL, KOREA - Solco Biomedical announced on November 26 that it released the industry’s first DC carbon thermal pad embedded with coal heat carbon textiles that are made by processing natural coal.

Unlike existing thermal pads that use heat wires or warm water, the brand-new thermal pad uses fabrics that contain coal heating elements, thereby offering soft and comfortable feel without sores on the back.

This thermal pad uses a DC 24V adapter that uses one tenth of the general voltage 220V, making it safe from harmful electromagnetic waves.When it comes to the model for singles, the electricity it uses is the same with the one used for three fluorescent lights, promising low electric bills.

The carbon thermal pad is light-weight and easily portable and can be used as a blanket or mattress pad. Since it uses no electric wire or thermal pipe, the thermal pad is fold able.
