SEOUL, KOREA - Audi Korea announced its plan to enhance customer satisfaction levels for its after-sales services and expand its sales in Korea. The company announced on December 3 that it set next year’s sales target at 22,000 units, up 10 percent compared to the 2013 figure.
Audi Korea is expected to break the 20,000 mark in domestic sales this year, first in its history. Its January-October sales reached 16,514 units, up 30 percent year on year. It plans to open three new showrooms and seven new service centers throughout the country within next year.
An Audi Korea official said, “We plan to increase the number of work bays by 50 percent to 350, while increasing the number of repair staff from 282 to 410. We will strengthen our capabilities in service quality and facilities next year.”
