SEOUL, KOREA - Coupang announced on December 12 that it ranked No. 1 in the social commerce category in the 2013 KNPS (Korean Net Promoter Score) conducted by the Korea Managemen tAssociation Consultants.
KNPSis a survey conducted by the KMAC since 2007. It digitizes the degree of consumer intention of recommending products or services concerned.In this survey, Coupang achieved an overall score of 45.9, ranking No. 1 in social commerce category for two straight years starting from last year.
Coupang also ranked No. 1 in social commerce area in the KCSI survey released in September.The company has conducted its own consumer satisfaction survey, while taking feed backs from all of its clients. With a real-time delivery service,Coupang made 90 percent of its product delivery completed within two days of purchase.
