SEOUL, KOREA - Yes24, Korea's largest online bookseller, has unveiled a teaser image for its new ebook reader.
The teaser photo revealed recently on the company's website shows a book-reading device covered in white cloth with a logo "Crema" clearly printed in front, hinting that this is the second version of its Crema ebook reader series.
Early last year the company had launched the first-generation Crema, Korea's first ebook reader featuring an e-ink display and touch screen functionality, followed in August this year by the "Crema Shine" that takes advantage of the "front light" technology for the first time in Korea.
Ahead of the official launch of the new Crema, Yes24 will hold a Facebook promotional event for seven days from December 26 in which it discloses new features of the Crema one at a time and give away a Crema device a day to a total of seven winners. For further details, visit the official Yes24 Facebook page at www.facebook.com/yes24. The company will show off the new device at the upcoming CES 2014 to be held in Las Vegas for four days between January 7 and 10.
