LIVERMORE, CA - FormFactor (NASDAQ: FORM) today announced that it achieved a RANKED 1st Supplier of Subsystems distinction in the 2014 Customer Satisfaction Survey published annually by leading market research firm, VLSIresearch. Subsystems -- which includes semiconductor probe cards -- is one of 15 market categories covered by the VLSIresearch Survey.
The distinction is the second industry-leading achievement for FormFactor this month. The company was ranked as the world's top supplier of semiconductor probe cards in a separate VLSIresearch report*.
This year's survey spanned two-and-a-half months and covered five languages. VLSIresearch received feedback from 83 percent of the Subsystems market. Worldwide participants were asked to rate suppliers on three key factors: supplier performance, customer service, and product performance.
