I highly commend the fifth anniversary of Korea IT Times.
National Information Society Agency (NIA) is a newly launched organization under the current administration's policy to reform the public sector by merging NIA, devoted to creating a knowledge information society, and Korea Agency for Digital Opportunity and Promotion (KADO), devoted to bridging the digital divide.
NIA and KADO had pioneered in their respective areas for the past two decades to contribute to the national informatization and national ICT development.
The new organization will likewise learn from the previous experience and step forward to spearhead Korea's irrefutable competence in the knowledge information society.
As I congratulate Korea IT Times on its fifth anniversary yet again, I ask for your continuing support to secure the knowledge information society down the road in the 21st Century.
Ph.D. Kim, Seang-tae, President of National Information Society Agency
