Cho Sung-kap, professor of Korea University who is also Korea information processing society (KIPS)’s and Korea Federation of Information Technology Societies (KFITS)’s president, was registered in the list of global outstanding intellectuals conducted by the British government and International Biography Committee (IBC).
Cho was given credit for his successful performances as presidents on industrial-academic societies and associations, thereby being included as one of 2,000 intellectuals worldwide. IBC is a renowned biography institution representing Europe headquartered in Cambridge, UK.
