19 March 2015, Seoul, Korea… Millennium Seoul Hilton’s Café 395 offers a new concept in hotel dining by offering market-to-table goods that put the spotlight on fresh and premium ingredients. In the advent of spring, the restaurant will start featuring spring-fresh vegetables and other ingredients found abundantly in springtime.

As the weather gets warmer and plant shoots start to form in the ground, the world (and our palates) start to awaken in anticipation of the fresh foods that will soon be made available to us. So come to Café 395 and taste the earth’s first bounty of 2015!

Café 395 Special Spring Menu will feature various items including stir-fried spring greens with seafoods, asparagus salad, dessert with fresh herbs and various seasoned spring-fresh vegetables using cabbage, sedum, wild chive, seed ginseng and more. Genji, Japanese restaurant, also offers ‘Assorted Spring Vegetable Tempura(KRW52,000)’.

The open-style kitchen concept brings life and energy to the restaurant, while also providing diners entertainment as chefs cook up and prepare premium buffet offerings. There is also an optional drinks package priced at KW18,000 at lunch or KW22,000 at dinner, and includes bottomless supplies of house wine, domestic beer, soft drinks and juice to go with the buffet.

After delighting in the buffet’s savory options, be sure to indulge in a few treats as well! You’ll be able to choose from a generous offering of picture-perfect pastries, cakes, and others sweets, as well as fresh, seasonal fruit. There is also an ice cream specialist on hand who will hand blend your favorite toppings and fillings with premium grade ice cream on a subarctic cold slab. As entertaining as it is delicious, the hand-mixed concoction will be a unique treat made just for you!

A la carte diners don’t have to miss out either! Artfully delicious desserts can be ordered including Panna Cotta with Fresh Citrus Jelly, Lemon Coconut Tart, Chocolate Fondant with Raspberry Rose Sherbet, and even the classic Banana Split! Desserts are priced from KW15,000 to KW17,000.

PRIME BURGERS AT CAFÉ 395

19 March 2015, Seoul, Korea… Millennium Seoul Hilton’s Café 395 offers a new concept in hotel dining by offering market-to-table goods that put the spotlight on fresh and premium ingredients. Because of the emphasis on quality, in season ingredients, even common foods like burgers get elevated to premium status.

At Café 395, two prime burgers are offered: a Heavenly Hanwoo Burger and a Chicken Burger. Both are priced at KW27,000 on the a la carte menu.

The Hanwoo burger is made with premium Korean Hanwoo beef, grilled to perfection and topped with your choice of grilled bacon, mushroom, fried egg or cheddar cheese. Housed between two large buns, the Hanwoo beef patty is extremely flavourful, resulting in a heavenly burger that will outshine any other. The burger is served with a homemade pickle, lettuce, tomato, and onion along with a choice of golden French fries or potato chips.

The Chicken Burger is made with a juicy, grilled breast topped with your choice of grilled bacon, mushroom, fried egg or cheddar cheese, and placed between two buns. The Chicken burger is served with a homemade pickle, crisp lettuce, tomato, onion, and spicy BBQ sauce dip, as well as a choice of golden French Fries or potato chips.
