Samsung Electronics said Wednesday that it has opened a special exhibition, under the theme “A Journey to the IoT World filled with Immersive Experiences,” on the sidelines of the 54th Milan Furniture Fair (Salone Internazionale del Mobile Milano), which kicked off on April 14 in Milan, Italy.
In an effort to communicate Samsung’s design philosophy “Inspired by Humans, Creating the Future,” Samsung has decked out its exhibition space with a gigantic ceiling-mounted double-ring installation (10m in diameter). The inside of the giant installation (one ring is stacked on top of the other) is completely packed with 36 65-inch SUHD TVs, which are 2.5 times brighter and 64 times more vivid than other existing SUHD TVs.
