SK Telecom introduced its own home electronics brand UO. The company plans to start selling the UO smart beam laser, the first model applied with the new brand, from May 26.
UO is a word created by combining united with object. SK Telecom intends to use this brand not only for smart beams and smart bands but for a variety of other Internet-of-things devices that it will develop.
The UO smart beam laser is an ultra-small portable beam projector which allows users to project the images and videos reproduced at smartphones into a larger screen. The UO smart beam laser is 5.5 centimeters long and wide, with a weight of 195 grams. Its retail price is set at 399,000 won.
