The organizing committee of KES 2009 is also hosting the World 3D Expo, where visitors can take a firsthand look at 3D products and technologies in electronics, IT and other industries, as part of its program. Many of industry insiders believe that 2010 will be remembered as the first year the 3D market was galvanized.
In the Expo, Samsung Electronics and LG Electronics are putting their 3D products on display, alongside small and medium-sized businesses such as Redrover, Pavonine Korea, Hyundai IT, Zalman Tech, and 3DIS.
A hall showing 3D films made at home and abroad and a 3D game zone will be established in the exhibition space. Besides, the 3D Film Festival will be held at the CGV Cinema in Ilsan, and an international 3D workshop is being held at the Conference Room on Oct. 13 and 14.
