Power Plaza Co., Ltd (CEO: Kim Soung-Ho) is showing the 78NS3A, which is 3A micromini rating-voltage switching regulator.
The 78NS3A series is created to solve heat generation issues of existing linear regulators.
It is compatible with existing TO-220 package pin-outs and exhibits remarkable output ripples and noise characteristics by applying a 600khz switching frequency. It will also offer a flexible tiny package of max 3A current capacity without an additional heat sink.
