An analysis showed that this year’s keywords for the online market were “global, mobile and senior.” eBay Edu, an education site for salespersons run by eBay Korea, held the “2015 eBay Edu Consulting Education Performance-sharing Year-end Ceremony” for the trainees of its consulting education program on December 14.
During this event, eBay Edu said that this year’s key sales trends in the online market were associated with the keywords including global, mobile and senior. eBay Edu said that as the mobile shopping market rapidly grew this year, the related education programs attracted more attention from salespersons. For G-Market, for example, the share of mobile purchasing passed the 50-percent level.
eBay Edu, accordingly, prepared a string of related lectures, including “Mobile Product Detail Page Making” and “Mobile Marketing.” Salespeople also showed stronger interest in global marketing targeting the Chinese market. In addition, the share of seniors aged between 50s and 60s in total enrollments also marked an outstanding growth.
