The favorite products and services of Korea's conglomerates' chiefs are Korean Air, Samsung's Galaxy S and Kumkang shoes, according to business survey.
Monthly business magazine Hyundai Management said on Wednesday it conducted a survey of 500 heads of local companies.
Korean Air has been selected as their favorites for 14 straight years. Samsung's Galaxy smartphone series and Kumkang shoes have also been selected for 13 consecutive years.
Scotch whiskies Ballantine's was also selected as best alcohol for 13 years. Also, SK Telecom was picked as the best mobile carrier for 12 years and Chamisul Soju retained its top position for 11 years. Hyundai Equus, who came in first for 12 years, was replaced by Genesis.
In total, SK Telecom(81.53%) came in first, followed by Galaxy smartphone(73.75%), Samsung's Notebook9(73.28%), Samdasoo(68.35%), Korean Air(66.46%), Kumkang shoes(64.89%), Samsung TV(56.80%), Chamisul Soju(52.67%), Genesis(52.03%), Lotte Duty Free(51.15%) and Ballantine's(50.00%).
