President Park Geun-hye said on 29, "If the ruling and opposition parties discuss the issue, minimize the chaos, vacancy of the state and make a plan to transfer the regime in a stable manner and I will withdraw the presidency according to the schedule and legal process."

On the third nation's public statement of President Park said, "I am going to follow the decision of the National Assembly, of the shortening of the term in my presidency", and "I put down everything now", she said that "I just hope that the day will come when the Republic of Korea will get out of the chaos and return to its original orbit." However, President Park did not mention the constitutional amendment on the assumption that the term is shortened.

President Park mentioned "the various problems that have arisen since then were also things that I believed to be a public enterprise for the nation and did not take any personal advantage in the process, but It is wrong. I will give you a word in the near future."

President Park said only 25 days after the second round of talks. President Park made an apology for the first time in connection with the Choi Sun-sil over a devastating corruption scandal.

The reaction of the opposition party leader Chu Mi-ae stressed " It's a trick, which lacks the reflection and we will push for impeachment as scheduled."
