Over the past few months, while preparing the Attia Motion for Leave to file a Fourth Amended Complaint against Google, Flux Factory, Larry Page, Sergey Brin and other related defendants, for (1) MISAPPROPRIATION OF TRADE SECRETS, (2) BREACH OF CONTRACT (ISA/SOW), (3) DECLARATORY RELIEF and (4) RACKETEERING (18 U.S.C. §§ 1961, et seq.)
